Welcome Richman Families!

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the Principal of Richman Elementary for the 2025–2026 school year! After proudly serving as the Assistant Principal at Rolling Hills and MyConnect Academy and spending nearly 20 years in the Fullerton School District, I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter at Richman as we start the school year together.

To our students, staff, and families—thank you for the warm welcome. I’m eager to work alongside such a dedicated and caring team to support every child’s growth, curiosity, and success. At the heart of my leadership is a strong belief in collective efficacy—that together, we can achieve remarkable outcomes, big or small, for our students each and every day. The partnership between school and home is essential, and I deeply value your voice, your involvement, and your trust.

This year, I look forward to getting to know each of you and continuing the work of building a school environment where every child feels safe, seen, and supported. I welcome your questions, ideas, and partnership. There will be many opportunities to connect throughout the year during upcoming events, celebrations, and family gatherings.

¡Bienvenidas, familias de Richman!

Me siento honrada y emocionada de presentarme como directora de la Escuela Primaria Richman para el año escolar 2025-2026. Tras desempeñarme con orgullo como subdirectora en Rolling Hills y MyConnect Academy, y pasar casi 20 años en el Distrito Escolar de Fullerton, estoy encantada de comenzar este nuevo capítulo en Richman al comenzar el año escolar juntos.

A nuestros estudiantes, personal y familias: gracias por la cálida bienvenida. Estoy deseando trabajar junto a un equipo tan dedicado y atento para apoyar el crecimiento, la curiosidad y el éxito de cada niño/a. En el corazón de mi liderazgo reside una firme convicción en la eficacia colectiva: que juntos podemos lograr resultados extraordinarios, grandes o pequeños, para nuestros estudiantes todos los días. La colaboración entre la escuela y el hogar es esencial, y valoro profundamente su voz, su participación y su confianza.

Este año, espero conocer a cada uno de ustedes y continuar la labor de construir un entorno escolar donde cada niño/a se sienta seguro, reconocido y apoyado. Agradezco sus preguntas, ideas y colaboración. Habrá muchas oportunidades para conectar durante el año en los próximos eventos, celebraciones y reuniones familiares.
