School Site Council and English Learner Advisory Council

School Site Council

School Site Council (SSC) members meet seven times a years to perform the following:
  1. Analyze and evaluate the academic achievement of all students in the school.
  2. Review, revise, and approve the school’s Single Plan for Student Achievement and all related proposed expenditures, timelines, and evaluation criteria, obtaining recommendations from various school committees such as Leadership and ELAC.
  3. Provide ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the plan and budgets, revising if necessary.
  4. Advise principal with school needs assessment, and review findings.

English Learner Advisory Council
  1. Advise principal, staff, and School Site Council (hereafter referred to as the SSC) of the instructional and support needs of English learners.
  2. Advise on the development of the school plan and budget, which SSC annually approves.
  3. Review results of the R-30 Lang Census Report, and make recommendations for modifications.
  4. Advise principal with school needs assessment, and review findings.
  5. Advise principal on ways to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
  6. Elect a school representative to the District ELAC (DELAC).

School Site Council and English Learner Advisory Council Consejo Escolar y Consejo para Aprendices de Ingles.

Consejo Escolar

Miembros de el Consejo Escolar se reúnen siete veces al año para realizar lo siguiente:
  1. Analizar y evaluar los logros académicos de todos los estudiantes en la escuela.
  2. Revisar, y aprobar el Plan Singular para los Logros Estudiantiles y todo lo relacionado con gastos propuestos, líneas de tiempo, y evaluación, obtener recomendaciones de diferentes comités escolares tal y como Liderazgo y ELAC.
  3. Proporcionar la supervisión de implementación de el plan y presupuestos, revisar si es necesario.
Consejo para Aprendices de Ingles
  1. Aconsejar a la directora, personal y Consejo Escolar de las necesidades instrucciones y apoyo para los aprendices de ingles.
  2. Aconsejar con el desarrollo de el Plan Escolar y presupuesto, el cual el Consejo Escolar aprueba anualmente
  3. Revisar los resultados de el Reporte del Censos R-30, y hacer recomendaciones par alas modificaciones.
  4. Aconsejar a la directora con necesidades de la escuela y revisar los resultados
  5. Aconsejar a la directora como hacer conciencia en los padres la importancia de asistencia regular a la escuela.
  6. Seleccionar un representante para el Distrito ELAC (DELAC)
