- Advise principal, staff, and School Site Council (hereafter referred to as the SSC) of the instructional and support needs of English learners.
- Advise on the development of the school plan and budget, which SSC annually approves.
- Review results of the R-30 Lang Census Report, and make recommendations for modifications.
- Advise principal with school needs assessment, and review findings.
- Advise principal on ways to make parents aware of the importance of regular school attendance.
- Elect a school representative to the District ELAC (DELAC).

Consejo para Aprendices de Ingles
- Aconsejar a la directora, personal y Consejo Escolar de las necesidades instrucciones y apoyo para los aprendices de ingles.
- Aconsejar con el desarrollo de el Plan Escolar y presupuesto, el cual el Consejo Escolar aprueba anualmente
- Revisar los resultados de el Reporte del Censos R-30, y hacer recomendaciones par alas modificaciones.
- Aconsejar a la directora con necesidades de la escuela y revisar los resultados
- Aconsejar a la directora como hacer conciencia en los padres la importancia de asistencia regular a la escuela.
- Seleccionar un representante para el Distrito ELAC (DELAC)
